Personal Training & Classes
We offer a variety of exercise and fitness programs as well as personal training sessions to fit the individual needs of our members.
All sessions and classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors with traditional and progressive skills. A variety of complimentary classes are offered daily including cardiovascular exercises, muscle strengthening & toning, and full body workouts. Whether you're training for an event or want an improved fitness level, our exercise physiologist and certified personal trainers have the experience and know-how to help you get there, and the diversity to make it exciting!
